Equipment

Every class we rent, with the rate it starts at. Open a category for specs, add-ons and what ships with the machine.

Rates you can read before you call.

The rate table on this site is the rate table. A quote adds delivery by zone, the damage waiver unless you carry your own coverage, and sales tax. Nothing else.

  • Day. 8 machine hours in a 24-hour period.
  • Week. 40 machine hours over 7 consecutive days.
  • 4-week. 160 machine hours over 28 consecutive days. Rentals that run past 4 weeks continue at the same 4-week rate, prorated to the day you call it off.
  • Overtime. Hours above the allowance bill at the machine's hourly rate on the rate table. We read the hour meter at delivery and at return.

How renting from us works

Quote, delivery, call-off, invoice. The clock stops when you call it off, not when the truck shows up.

  1. 1

    Ask for a quote

Send the machine, the dates and the job address through the quote form or by email. We reply the same business day with a written quote: rate, delivery, damage waiver and the total for your dates.

  2. 2

    Open an account

First-time customers complete a short credit application or rent on a card. Repeat customers are on net-30 terms with a signed rental agreement on file.

  3. 3

    Delivery

Our drivers deliver on lowboys and tilt-decks from Monday to Saturday. You get a two-hour window the afternoon before and a text when the truck leaves the yard. The driver walks the machine with you and both of you sign the condition report.

  4. 4

    On rent

Hours bill against the allowance on your rate. Breakdowns that are not caused by misuse are swapped or repaired at our cost, and the rental clock stops while the machine is down.

Questions we get every week

Do you deliver, or do I pick up?

Both. Delivery on our own trucks is priced by zone on the pricing page. Pickup at the yard is by appointment for machines that fit a customer trailer; we check the tow vehicle and trailer rating before loading.

What do I need to rent?

A government ID, proof of insurance or the damage waiver, and either a card on file or an approved credit application. Businesses on net-30 terms sign one rental agreement a year.

Do you rent with operators?

Yes, for dozers, graders, articulated trucks and water trucks. Operators are billed per 8-hour day and are prevailing-wage certified for public work.

What happens if the machine breaks down?

Call the office. A field mechanic comes out the same day for most calls. If the machine cannot be repaired on site we swap it, and the rental clock stops from your call until the replacement is running.

Can I extend a rental?

Email or call before the end of the term and the rental continues at the same rate. A day rental that extends past three days converts to the weekly rate automatically, which is cheaper.

Which brands do you carry?

Mostly Cat, Komatsu, Deere, Kubota, Bobcat, JLG, Genie and Bomag. The rate table lists the class; the exact model depends on availability and we confirm it on the quote.

Tell us the machine and the dates.

Written quote the same business day, delivery window the afternoon before.
