Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Bradley Tractor Equipment Zone LLC (“Inventrios”, “we”) handles information on inventrios.com, in the customer account, and in the course of renting equipment.

1. What we collect on this website

Quote and contact requests: name, company, email, phone, the machine and dates you ask about, the job site address and anything you write. Standard server logs: IP address, browser, pages visited and referrer. We do not run advertising trackers and we use no cross-site cookies.

2. What we collect to rent to you

To open an account: the legal name and address of the renter, the signer's name and government ID, a card or bank account for payment, a credit application for net-30 terms, and a certificate of insurance if you decline the damage waiver. During a rental: delivery and pickup addresses, hour meter and fuel readings, condition reports and photos, GPS location of machines over 8 tons, and the people you authorize to call a machine off.

3. How we use it

To quote, deliver, service, invoice and collect for rentals; to verify identity and creditworthiness; to recover equipment; to send service notices; to answer your requests; and to meet tax and legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not use it for advertising on other sites.

4. Sharing

With service providers under contract that help us run the business: payment processing, accounting and invoicing software, credit reporting agencies for credit applications, GPS telematics, email and SMS delivery, and cloud hosting in the United States. With your insurer or ours when a claim is made. With authorities when the law requires it, after reviewing the request. In a merger or sale, under the same commitments.

5. Payments

Card and bank account details are entered on our payment processor's forms and stored by them. We keep a token and the last four digits. See the processor's privacy policy for its handling of that data.

6. Retention

Rental agreements, condition reports, invoices and payment records are kept for seven years to meet tax and contract requirements. Quote requests that do not become rentals are deleted after two years. GPS history is kept for the rental period plus 90 days.

7. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, access limited to staff who need it, and audit logs on the customer account. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as California law requires.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, by emailing sales@inventrios.com. You can opt out of marketing email with the link in any message; service and billing notices continue while you have an open rental or balance. California residents have the rights the California Consumer Privacy Act provides, and we honor them without discrimination. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law.

9. Cookies

The website uses a session cookie for forms. The customer account uses cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

10. Changes

We will post changes here with a new “last updated” date and notify account customers by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
